This could be worth a serious look. Booking (especially) high-end Hyatt properties with points can be a real bargain. 

Regular readers will know that I like to use Hyatt points for suite upgrades: for 6,000 points (x 1.3p = £78), you can upgrade to a suite (which often comes with lounge access)! This is fantastic value.
