"This offer is available until further notice to Costa Coffee Club members who are GB residents, over 16 years of age and who have registered to use the Costa Coffee Club app (the "App"). All participants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions in full.
- Invite a friend to join the Costa Coffee Club by forwarding the invitation to them that you will find in the App. The invitation contains a link to the App and your unique invitation code. If your friend follows the link, downloads the App and enters your invitation code when they register on the App, both you and your friend will receive 200 bonus Costa Coffee Club points when your friend first makes a purchase in a participating Costa store that qualifies for Costa Coffee Club points and swipes the App to earn their Costa Coffee Club points on that purchase in accordance with the Costa Coffee Club Membership Terms and Conditions which are available here.

Loss or damage is foreseeable if they were an obvious consequence of the promoter's breach or if they were contemplated by you and the promoter at the time that you entered the offer.
- Save where required by law, the promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any failure to comply with these terms and conditions for reasons beyond its control and accepts no responsibility or liability for any attempt to register with or to log-in the App which is unsuccessful or incomplete for technical or other reasons beyond its control.
- The offer and these terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the offer and these terms and conditions in the English courts.
