Register now for IHG Accelerate Q2/2018 -- and why my targets are awesome!

Today is the first day counting towards the Q2/2018 Accelerate targets.

IHG (the InterContinental, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, etc. group) has brought back one of the most generous global hotel promotions around.

Between today and 31 July 2018, even those with lighter travel schedules can bag up to 50,000 bonus points. You need to register here to take advantage.

The targets are personalised, so you will need to log onto your IHG Rewards Club account to see yours. Here is what I'm offered:

• Stay Once Get 1,500 bonus points
• 13,500 bonus points for staying 9 nights
• 3,200 bonus points for bookings 2 stays via the IHG app
• 5,600 bonus points for 2 weekend stays
• 3,000 bonus points for 1 night in Germany
• 1,000 bonus points for making a redemption
• 2,000 bonus points for taking out an IHG credit card
• 10,200 bonus points for hitting 6 targets
• Stay Once in May and Get 1,500 bonus points

This is an excellent list! I have highlighted the offers I will definitely take advantage of. 

Remember the current PointsBreak promotion offers award nights for just 5,000 points: The IHG PointBreaks list for Q2 is now online = rooms for just 5,000-15,000 points! 

I will definitely an one-night PointsBreak stay for a total 5,000 points. But here's the thing:

• This award stay should bag me the 1,000 points for a redemption bonus.
