It seems that you can bag the bonus more than once. There's nothing in the terms and conditions suggesting otherwise. And reports on Flyertalk confirm that the bonus was awarded multiple times for an identical promotion that ran in January: Great AVIS offer: rent 3 days 10.000 points.
We only need 100,000 EuroBonus points for a return business class SAS award to Asia or North America. With this promotion we could generate the required points with just 10 Avis rentals. Category C car rentals can be cheap. Look at this example for a three-day rental at Rome Fiumicino Airport:
So we are renting a car for 30 days for £436.70 and receive enough points for a return long-haul business class redemption on SAS. Now that's a deal!
Of course we will need to split the 30-day rental into 10 bookings of three days each with no back-to-back rentals. So returning a car on 30 May for instance and then picking up another car on the same day at the same location will not trigger the bonus again. But this should be more than manageable given that the eligible rental period runs for over a year, from 14 May 2018 to 30 May 2019.
